This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a creator on Flairspot ("Flairspot", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating a creator account or offering memberships on Flairspot, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Role of Creator
As a creator, you may:
- Publish content (posts, lessons, media)
- Offer paid or free memberships
- Interact with your audience ("members")
You are solely responsible for your content, offerings, and interactions.
2. Creator Content
2.1 Ownership
- You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload.
2.2 License to Flairspot
You grant Flairspot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, reproduce, and display your content
- Distribute your content to users based on your membership settings
- Operate, promote, and improve the platform
This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
2.3 Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your content:
- Does not infringe intellectual property rights
- Does not violate any laws
- Is not misleading, fraudulent, or harmful
3. Memberships and Benefits
You agree to:
- Clearly describe your membership tiers and benefits
- Deliver the content or benefits you promise
- Maintain transparency with your members
Flairspot is not responsible for creator promises or fulfillment.
4. Payments and Payouts
4.1 Stripe Connect
Flairspot uses Stripe Connect to process payments and payouts.
By using Flairspot as a creator:
- You agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement:

- You must create and maintain a valid Stripe account
- You are responsible for providing accurate information to Stripe
4.2 Payouts
- Payouts are issued by Stripe, not Flairspot
- Payout timing, availability, and holds are determined by Stripe
- Flairspot may receive limited information about your Stripe account (e.g., status, payouts)
4.3 Fees
- Flairspot may charge platform fees (if applicable)
- Any fees will be disclosed to you
4.4 Refunds
- Refund policies may be defined by Flairspot or required by law
- You agree to honor valid refund requests where applicable
5. Taxes
You are responsible for:
- Reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to your earnings
- Providing any required tax information to Stripe or authorities
Flairspot does not provide tax advice.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use Flairspot for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Post infringing, abusive, or harmful content
- Mislead or defraud users
- Attempt to bypass payment systems
7. Suspension and Termination
Flairspot may suspend or terminate your creator account if:
- You violate this Agreement or our Terms
- Your activity poses legal or reputational risk
- Required by law or payment partners (e.g., Stripe)
You may stop being a creator at any time.
8. Platform Role
Flairspot:
- Provides the infrastructure for creators and members
- Is not a party to transactions between creators and members
- Does not guarantee creator income or member satisfaction
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Flairspot is not liable for loss of revenue, profits, or data
- Flairspot is not responsible for disputes between creators and members
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flairspot from claims arising out of:
- Your content
- Your memberships or promises
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
- Changes will be posted on this page
- Continued use of Flairspot means you accept the updated Agreement
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of:
